Shipping Times

We arrange delivery based on orders in succession every day during working days. (from Mon. to Fri.)
Taiwan: 2 to 3 working days after delivery
Mainland China & Hong Kong: 3 to 5 working days after delivery
Other countries: 10-12 working days after delivery

Return and Exchange Policy

All the products sold on this online store will be properly inspected and well packaged before delivery to make sure that customers receive them in good condition. In case you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it unused but you need to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) in advance and be responsible for shipping it back to us.

Please make sure you request the return authorization within 7 days after your receipt and send the original package back quickly after having the Return Authorization Number. We will refund you the purchased price but will not be able to refund the shipping cost after we are sure the item is returned in original condition without any damage.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items:
Gongfu Teapot: we have already done our best to describe the teapot in details and provide photos from different angles. As mentioned in each teapot description regarding its special characters of absorbing the flavor of tea or anything put into a teapot and developing the color by different teas, please understand that a used Gongfu Teapot can’t be resold.
Cast-iron Teapot: once a Cast-iron Teapot is used for the 1^st time, it won’t retain the brand new condition and can’t be resold either.

Privacy Policy

Regarding privacy protection, freshtaiwan will not offer any of your personal information provided during online shopping including your name, email address, Tel. no., address, etc. to any companies, groups or individuals. Your personal information is used only for freshtaiwan to arrange shipment and customer service.
